I have been looking into the boot camp Bondi program because I need something to really kick me back into shape. I used to exercise everyday, but I have slacked off, and it shows. I am just not very proud of myself for that. I know that it is not something that I like to talk about too much, but I also feel like it is one of the better things for me to do.
