I have been looking into the boot camp Bondi program because I need something to really kick me back into shape. I used to exercise everyday, but I have slacked off, and it shows. I am just not very proud of myself for that. I know that it is not something that I like to talk about too much, but I also feel like it is one of the better things for me to do. I know that there are so many things that I can do to get this body back. A boot camp environment will allow me to really train myself to do my best again. I guess that when I have a lot of people to compete with, I feel obligated to do better than the rest. I am going to sign up for one of them and see how out of shape I really am. Hopefully, in a few weeks, I can get my body back up to speed.
